Syngenta is hiring a Principal Scientist – Application Technology in Muenchwilen, Switzerland, to own end-to-end fit-for-use testing of crop protection products across application technologies. The role defines risk-based test plans, analyzes data, identifies compatibility and application risks, develops improved testing methods and application solutions, supports product development, and manages laboratory and field operations. It requires a university degree in agronomy, biology, agricultural engineering, or a related scientific or engineering discipline, with an MSc or PhD preferred, and requires regular on-site experimental work with approximately 10% home-office time.
