Description
The Principal Scientist will lead site-to-site technology transfers, CMC technical portfolio management, product maintenance, registrations, batch failures, recalls, CMO supplier selection, and end-to-end project delivery across Essential Pharma’s EP product portfolio. The role requires a life sciences degree, extensive pharmaceutical manufacturing, QC, packaging, and small-molecule experience, plus project leadership, quality systems, continuous improvement, budgeting, and technical project management expertise. It is a hybrid permanent position with healthcare, pension, life insurance, leave, sick pay, and a discretionary performance bonus.
