Exponent is seeking a Principal Scientist with a Medical Doctor background to join their Health Sciences Practice. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide strategic leadership and expert guidance on various projects, including medical evaluations, causation analysis, risk assessment, and risk communication. The successful candidate will leverage deep medical knowledge to address complex human health challenges, secure new client engagements, maintain existing client relationships, manage multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, ensure successful project execution, and offer high-level scientific advice. They will also enhance the firm's visibility through academic and conference participation.
