Description
Parallel Bio is hiring a Principal Scientist to lead science at its San Francisco site. The role manages bench scientists and research associates, sets experimental strategy, owns assay development, characterization, optimization, technology transfer, process robustness, and platform readiness, and serves as the scientific lead for external pharmaceutical partner programs. The scientist will remain hands-on at the bench, establish reference data and controls, troubleshoot complex biological systems, and partner with R&D, Technical Operations, automation, software, and data teams to translate early-stage assays into scalable, reproducible workflows.
