Immunome is hiring a Principal Scientist, Chemical Development to lead small-molecule process development and manufacturing for antibody-drug-conjugate linker-payload targets and other pipeline programs. The role provides technical leadership, develops scalable synthetic routes, supports technology transfer to external CMOs, generates analytical and regulatory data, and collaborates with research, regulatory affairs, and CMC teams. The position requires a PhD in synthetic organic chemistry or a similar field, at least seven years of industry experience leading small-molecule or linker-payload programs, and offers a Washington State pay range of $169,593 to $206,233 USD.
