Dyne Therapeutics is hiring a Principal Scientist of Oligonucleotide Development to lead the chemical synthesis strategy for PMO and modified ASO payload molecules, manage internal and CDMO execution, and oversee preclinical process and analytical development through GMP manufacture for IND-enabling studies. The role includes CMC and regulatory Module 3 authoring, technology transfer, issue resolution, and cross-functional leadership.
