Coupang is hiring a Security Engineer to modernize its enterprise directory services and identity infrastructure. The role leads the design, build, and operation of large-scale Active Directory and cloud identity environments, improves reliability, security, and operational excellence, develops IAM automation and custom capabilities, and supports hybrid identity platforms. Candidates need 12+ years of experience in identity and access management, directory services, or infrastructure security, deep Active Directory and Entra expertise, strong scripting or software development skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. The position offers a base salary of $209,000 to $360,000 per year depending on geographic market, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
