The role leads AI-driven, agentic red teaming; develops offensive tooling and tradecraft; presents findings to customer security leaders; and sets standards while mentoring operators. Candidates need a relevant master's degree with 4+ years of security experience or a relevant bachelor's degree with 6+ years, plus security screening eligibility. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $142,800-$274,800 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
