Description
Parloa is hiring a Principal Security Engineer to set the technical security strategy for its AI platform, infrastructure, and AI/ML systems. The role owns secure architecture, threat modelling, secure-by-design practices, detection and incident response, multi-tenant data flows, compliance controls, and security capability development. It requires 15+ years of security engineering experience, expertise in application or cloud security, distributed cloud-native systems, AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, identity and access management, encryption, and secure data handling, along with the ability to influence engineering culture and communicate security risks to engineers, leadership, and customers.
