Description
Pipedrive is hiring a Principal Security Engineer to architect and build scalable security solutions for its cloud-native SaaS platform, including autonomous security agents, AI-driven security controls, identity and access management, encryption, threat detection, and secure SDLC and DevSecOps. The role also involves incident response, technical leadership, security architecture reviews, and mentorship, with an off-hours on-call rotation. Candidates need at least seven years of security engineering, cloud security, or security architecture experience, programming ability, AI and agentic-framework experience, and strong cloud, IAM, network, and DevSecOps expertise. The position is hybrid and based in Tallinn, Estonia, with no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
