The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, at least 10 years of cybersecurity or software development experience, and at least 3 years in technical leadership. The position offers a hybrid work model and a salary range of 161,600 to 197,500, with an annual bonus target of 20% and potential payout of up to double the target.
