The role focuses on building security controls, monitoring, telemetry, detections, automation, APIs, data pipelines, threat investigations, and AI security solutions, while collaborating with engineering teams and influencing security engineering across organizations. Candidates need a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, plus experience in security, infrastructure, cloud, software, security operations, or related technical disciplines, along with experience with security controls, monitoring, detection, automation, telemetry, threat detection, incident investigation, analytics, scripting, software development, or large-scale distributed systems. The role requires Microsoft Cloud Background Check screening and offers a typical base pay range of £93,500 to £161,800 per year in the United Kingdom.
