Microsoft is hiring a Principal Security Program Manager for its Offensive Research & Security Engineering (MORSE) team to strengthen the security of Azure operating system and specialized cloud platforms. The role partners with engineering and program management teams on security architecture reviews, code reviews, mitigations, tooling, risk identification, threat modeling, penetration testing, fuzzing, and security requirements. Candidates need a relevant master's degree with 4+ years of experience or a relevant bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience, or equivalent experience, along with knowledge of native C/C++, cloud architecture, operating system security, and offensive security techniques. The role requires Microsoft Cloud background screening and offers a U.S. base pay range of USD $142,800 to $274,800 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
