Engine by Starling is hiring a senior Principal Security Programme Manager & Technical Lead to partner with its Business Information Security Officer and shape, refine, and execute the company’s security roadmap. The role bridges executive security strategy with hands-on technical delivery across engineering, SecOps, threat and vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives, including AI security guardrails and alignment with ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 1/2, PCI DSS, 3DS, CSA C-STAR, and DORA. It requires a strong fintech security background, programme management experience, and technical breadth across secure engineering and related security domains, with hybrid working preferred near an office.
