HP Wolf Security is hiring a Principal Security Software Engineer to lead improvements to its secure software development lifecycle and support the European Union Cyber Resilience Act. The role focuses on secure software development practices, static analysis, vulnerability management, threat modelling, secure coding, software assurance, and engineering leadership. It requires significant production software experience, programming in languages such as C, C++, Rust, Python, or PowerShell, and experience with Windows or Linux security-sensitive software. The position is based in HP’s Cambridge office under a hybrid arrangement requiring onsite work at least three days per week.
