Description
ASM is hiring a Principal / Senior Engineer, Electrical Engineering to lead electrical systems and sub-assemblies for advanced semiconductor equipment. The role covers system-level design, fabrication and testing of electrical test structures, integration of electrical, mechanical, and control systems, digital and analog I/O architecture, validation, data analysis, engineering changes, and mentorship. Candidates need a master’s or PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, at least five years of semiconductor equipment system-engineering experience, expertise in electrical hardware and system integration, and proficiency with AutoCAD, JMP, hardware testing, instrumentation, and system validation.
