ASM is hiring a Process Engineer, RF to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot RF and plasma solutions for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role involves RF module and reactor design, plasma characterization, FPGA-based control, hardware troubleshooting, data analysis, and cross-functional product development. Candidates need a master’s degree or PhD in a relevant discipline, RF plasma experience, semiconductor process knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills; at least three years of RF plasma experience in the semiconductor equipment industry is preferred.
