AUMOVIO AESS is hiring a Principal / Senior Engineer, Product Engineering to lead the industrialization, qualification, manufacturing readiness, and lifecycle management of automotive semiconductor products. The role covers new-product introduction, product characterization and validation, ATE test-program optimization, yield and quality improvement, manufacturing readiness, technical disposition, engineering changes, and support for new business acquisition. Candidates need a degree in electrical, electronics, IC design, device physics, or a related field, plus 5+ years of semiconductor product engineering experience for the Senior Engineer track or 8+ years for the Principal Engineer track; fabless semiconductor and manufacturing-partner experience is preferred.
