AUMOVIO AESS is hiring a Principal / Senior Test Engineering professional for its Technical Operations Management organization. The role leads the transfer of wafer sort, burn-in, and final test solutions from R&D into manufacturing, debugs and sustains ATE programs, supports silicon bring-up and production validation, manages OSAT test and burn-in operations, and partners with Product Engineering on yield, reliability, qualification, and manufacturing readiness. The position requires a degree in electrical or electronics engineering and at least five years of semiconductor test or product engineering experience for the Senior Engineer track, with eight years for the Principal Engineer track.
