NewLimit is hiring a Principal/Senior Scientist to lead mRNA process development and engineering, including IVT optimization, downstream purification, research-scale production, external CDMO technology transfer and GMP manufacturing, analytical method development, and the growth of the mRNA Process Sciences team. The role is hands-on and partially lab-based, requires a PhD or equivalent experience, and offers a salary of $170,000 to $200,000 plus health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
