ABC Fitness is hiring an experienced Site Reliability Engineering/DevOps professional to partner with software teams on reliable, scalable, secure, cloud-native services. The role defines and improves SLI/SLO practices, influences resilient architecture, establishes operational and observability standards, supports CI/CD and safe releases, leads incident response and root-cause analysis, integrates security into the SDLC, and mentors engineers. It requires 8+ years of relevant experience, programming skills, AWS cloud expertise, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, databases, AI-assisted engineering, and cross-team collaboration. The role is remote and offers PLN 220,000–280,000 annually.
