Arm is hiring an experienced SoC Reliability, Availability and Serviceability (RAS) Architect to define RAS requirements and architecture for next-generation SoCs targeting data center applications. The role partners with design, verification, manufacturing, and product engineering teams to develop reliability-aware techniques such as ECC, parity, error logging, detection, and mitigation, while balancing power, performance, and area. Candidates need a master’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science discipline and at least 10 years of SoC development experience focused on RAS architecture, along with expertise in fault detection, error handling, and resiliency for large-scale compute platforms. The position offers a salary of $249,900-$338,100 per year, PTO, benefits, sabbaticals, and parental bonding leave, with hybrid working patterns determined by team needs.
