Imagination is hiring a Principal Software Applications Engineer in Timisoara, Romania, to support customers developing products that use its graphics processor cores and drivers. The role covers product development, debugging, performance analysis, documentation, customer training, and first-level root-cause analysis across automotive, mobile, desktop, and data centre segments. Candidates need low-level programming experience, software debugging and validation skills, knowledge of device drivers and modern operating systems, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and preferably experience with graphics APIs, functional safety, automotive industry work, or graphics architectures.
