The role leads a development team building and deploying digital-channel and business software, including web, mobile, USSD, middleware, database, and SPA solutions. Responsibilities include guiding the full software development lifecycle, defining architecture and technical standards, reviewing designs and code, mentoring developers, and owning solution quality and delivery reliability. The position requires a degree in computer science or a technical field, four years of application development experience, three years managing or leading development teams, and four years each with middleware, relational and NoSQL databases, native mobile development, and SPA frameworks.
