FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking a Principal Software Engineer focused on Ad Tech and Distributed Systems to lead reliability, performance, and operational excellence for large-scale production platforms. The role centers on monitoring, incident response, change management, capacity planning, automation, and production readiness, with hands-on work across AWS, distributed backend services, Linux, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and database performance.
