Arcadia is hiring a senior platform engineer to own and evolve its agent platform for internal and client-facing use cases. The role covers agent runtimes, SDKs, templates, infrastructure, security, compliance, observability, resiliency, PHI handling, production operations, and developer experience. It requires hands-on production coding, cloud-native distributed systems, infrastructure, and service architecture expertise, with regulated-data experience preferred. The position is remote-first across the United States, with in-person hubs in Boston, Washington, D.C., and New York City.
