GliaCell Technologies is hiring a Principal Software Engineer focused on AI-assisted developer tooling for a full-time subcontract supporting a U.S. Government customer. The role designs and integrates AI-assisted IDE capabilities, agent-based systems for code review, unit testing, and code quality, and experiments with autonomous development workflows. Candidates must hold an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, be U.S. citizens, and have 12 years of professional or education experience plus a bachelor's degree or four additional years of experience. The position is onsite in Laurel, Maryland, with a salary range of $200,000 to $280,000 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement contributions.
