Description
Clari + Salesloft is hiring a Manager, Software Engineering to lead the design and build-out of its AI Context Layer, a data platform providing high-quality, governed context for AI agents. The role owns the technical roadmap, knowledge graphs, RAG and retrieval systems, access control and RBAC, APIs and SDKs, data infrastructure, governance, security, architecture, code reviews, and cross-team technical leadership. It requires 12+ years of software engineering experience, production knowledge-graph and retrieval-system experience, RAG and vector-database expertise, multi-tenant access-control knowledge, API/SDK design experience, and familiarity with data governance and Python or Java. The position is remote from Guadalajara, Mexico.
