ServiceNow is hiring a Principal UX Engineer to define and own the architecture and user experience of AI-native platform experiences. The role combines UX strategy, frontend and platform engineering, design-system ownership, agentic-system UX, and cross-functional execution with ML, backend, and product teams. It requires 15+ years of software engineering experience, deep UXC and AI-native UX expertise, hands-on frontend and backend coding, and a track record of shipping intelligent user experiences.
