Description
Parametric is hiring a Principal Software Engineer, AI Platform to lead the engineering effort for a generative AI platform serving production workloads across business units. The role combines technical leadership of an engineering team with end-to-end GenAI development, including model selection, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, governance, and cloud operations. It requires extensive software engineering and AI experience, strong Python and cloud skills, and a hybrid work arrangement of three office days per week. The salary range is $115,000 to $225,000 per year, with possible discretionary incentive compensation.
