Arm is hiring a Principal Software Engineer for its Infrastructure Solutions Software team in the CE-SW group. The role provides technical leadership across multiple engineering teams responsible for complex SoC, firmware, and system software from pre-silicon through silicon bring-up and production readiness. Responsibilities include leading team leads, driving engineering planning and execution, translating product and architecture requirements into technical priorities, and collaborating with hardware, software, architecture, and product teams. The position requires extensive embedded or infrastructure SoC software experience, strong low-level systems knowledge, C or similar programming, and software performance optimization skills.
