Arm is hiring a Principal Software Engineer for its infrastructure solutions software team in the CE-SW group. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with responsibility for leading and developing a local engineering team, while driving system validation and productisation of infrastructure platforms. Responsibilities include establishing validation plans and quality criteria, advancing test infrastructure, CI, regression capabilities, and quality metrics, and collaborating across software, quality, test, release, and Arm locations to resolve complex system-level issues in pre-silicon and silicon environments.
