This role involves developing and validating software for Arm Neoverse-based platforms, focusing on system robustness, performance, observability, and user experience. The successful candidate will set team direction, mentor engineers, participate in design discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 16+ years of industry experience building complex system software
Background in firmware development on pre-silicon and silicon platforms (preferably on Arm-based systems)
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on server or infrastructure platforms, including customer- or production-facing environments.
Understanding of system architecture (preferably Arm), OS fundamentals, bootloaders, and device drivers.
Experience working with open-source software or upstream communities.
Experience working in globally distributed teams.
