Description
The Principal Software Engineer is a senior individual contributor responsible for defining the technical direction of software platforms, leading complex software systems and architecture, solving difficult technical problems, establishing engineering best practices, mentoring engineers, and influencing cross-functional product and platform decisions. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, at least 10 years of software engineering experience, and experience with large-scale, mission-critical or regulated software products. The position offers a full-time annual salary of $210,000 to $240,000 and does not offer employment visa sponsorship.
