Description
Blitzy is hiring a Principal Engineer to take full, hands-on ownership of mission-critical production systems and deliver high-leverage backend, infrastructure, data, and AI features. The role focuses on writing, reviewing, and shipping production code while owning system correctness, scalability, reliability, performance, observability, and long-term maintainability. It requires extensive experience with Python, REST, gRPC, Node.js, JavaScript, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, databases, and LLM-powered systems, along with a proven Staff+ or Principal Engineer-level track record. The position offers a base salary of $300,000 to $500,000 plus bonus and equity.
