The Principal Software Engineer will serve as a technical authority and innovation leader, shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering excellence in a hybrid role based in Johnston, Rhode Island; Phoenix, Arizona; or a remote work arrangement is not available. The role focuses on full-stack and distributed software development, secure SDLC practices, AI-assisted and agentic engineering, LLM-powered applications, and digital-first banking transformation.
