Codurance is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to work on internal and client projects, advise strategic stakeholders, lead complex engagements, and coach and mentor teams. The role focuses on modernising software, building reliable and maintainable systems, and introducing software craftsmanship and extreme programming practices. It is primarily remote with occasional travel to client sites and is open to a hybrid arrangement; visa sponsorship is not available.
