Description
Coherent Corp. is seeking a senior embedded software engineer to design and develop firmware and software features for optical networking products, resolve legacy-product issues, collaborate with validation, integration, optical, hardware, and test engineering teams, and support Agile/DevOps development. The role also coaches junior engineers, leads coding reviews, supports customer and field application interactions, and requires extensive experience with embedded C/C++, networking protocols, optical networking systems, embedded Linux, virtualization, containers, and CI/CD. The position is onsite in Horsham, Pennsylvania, with occasional travel and overtime.
