Description
The Software Engineer will define automated process and system specifications, create software architecture, develop and test software, integrate control modules, debug systems, and qualify and support automated assembly and test systems for optical data-communication products. The role requires 15+ years of software engineering experience in automated process and test systems, proficiency in C#, C, or C++, and knowledge of motion control and machine vision; optical communication, deep learning, and clean-room work may be required. The position follows an 8 AM to 5 PM shift, may require irregular hours and overseas customer-site travel, and may involve ISO quality and environmental responsibilities.
