CBA Technology is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join their Speciality Products Platforms Crew within the Digital & Technology Home Buying Division. This role involves shaping the technical direction of products supporting millions of customers during their home-buying journey. The engineer will drive architectural strategy, deliver full-stack solutions using .NET/.NET Core, C#, AWS, and modern front-end frameworks like Next.js, TypeScript, and React. Responsibilities include leading engineering initiatives, influencing design, building, testing, deploying, and running scalable, intuitive platforms. The successful candidate will mentor a large engineering organization, guide teams, and inspire innovation to create impactful Home Buying products.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: experience spanning development and operations, including coding, infrastructure management, system administration/engineering, and DevOps toolchain expertise
Preferred Qualifications: Deep expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, MVC, Web API, with strong full-stack capability across React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks like NestJS, Apollo GraphQL, Prisma ORM.
Advanced AWS cloud-native engineering, microservices design, distributed systems, and scalable API architectures (REST & GraphQL).
Proficient with PostgreSQL and Oracle, including schema design, optimization, and robust data-access patterns.
Strong CI/CD engineering using GitHub Actions and TeamCity, with a focus on automation, quality, and DevSecOps principles.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration, deployment, and cloud-native operations.
Solid understanding of Prometheus/Grafana, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch for proactive monitoring and operational excellence.
Skilled with GenAI tools such as Cline, Cursor, and AWS Bedrock, with awareness of AI/ML and LLM concepts to integrate intelligent capabilities.
