Eurofins Scientific is hiring a senior Java Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Java applications, including backend and full-stack features, REST APIs, microservices, and modern cloud-ready architectures. The role leads technical direction for modules or subsystems, supports legacy modernization, ensures performance, scalability, security, and maintainability, and mentors engineers across teams. It requires 8+ years of Java-based software development experience, a relevant engineering or computer science degree, and strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, databases, testing, cloud platforms, and Agile delivery.
