GliaCell Technologies is hiring a full-time Principal Software Engineer in Columbia, Maryland to support a U.S. Government customer on a subcontract. The role focuses on automating foundational infrastructure, identifying and resolving inefficiencies in development and deployment processes, and developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting applications in a mixed-stack environment using Python and Java Spring Boot. The engineer will work autonomously, leverage AI-assisted development tools, and drive continuous improvement and system reliability. The position requires an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance, U.S. citizenship, 12+ years of software engineering experience, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with a salary range of $200,000 to $280,000.
