The Principal Engineer will join the Boost team as an enabling, hands-on principal engineer, embedding in mission teams to solve complex technical problems, coach engineers, champion AI adoption, build platform tooling, and oversee reliable cloud-scale systems. The role requires strong front-end skills, experience with AI-powered feature development and engineering tooling, a history of hands-on technical leadership, and a track record of building and optimizing scalable, high-performance websites.
