MediaAlpha is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to serve as an ecosystem-level technical leader. The role owns large and complex systems, defines architecture and engineering standards, drives technical strategy across multiple teams, mentors engineers, and represents technical direction to business stakeholders. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office, with a base salary of $200,000 to $350,000 per year and employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance.
