Microsoft is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and production implementation of AI-first experiences across Dynamics 365 Sales and Service. The role combines AI/ML expertise with systems engineering to build scalable, reliable, secure, and customer-centric solutions, while collaborating with engineering, product, design, data science, and infrastructure teams. Responsibilities include AI model integration, MLOps, observability, secure deployment, technical leadership, and mentoring engineers.
