Microsoft is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to set technical direction for workload-management and cloud-efficiency systems supporting Agent 365 and the underlying Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Dataverse infrastructure. The role involves distributed control-plane and data-plane systems, admission control, scheduling, load balancing, autoscaling, performance diagnostics, telemetry, observability, secure development, incident response, and cross-team architectural leadership.
