Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of software engineering experience focused on backend development
5+ years designing and developing enterprise applications with Java and Spring Boot
Experience leading technical teams of 5–10 engineers across onshore and offshore resources
Extensive experience building and deploying microservices-based architectures
Experience implementing event-driven solutions with Kafka
Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders across organizational levels
