Raft is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to serve as an embedded technical lead at Fort Hood, Texas, supporting Army customers and program offices with the deployment, integration, operation, troubleshooting, and sustainment of its [R]DP, [R]AIMS, and [R]AP products. The role combines production software development in Go, Java, or Rust with DevSecOps, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, data integration, and hands-on enablement. Candidates need at least five years of software engineering experience, active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; the position is onsite with up to 30% travel and pays $160,000–$220,000.
