Description
Renesas is hiring an embedded software engineer to define requirements, create PRDs and architecture/design documents, and develop reusable embedded software for 16/32-bit MCUs, IoT, automotive, and connectivity products. The role covers BSP, device drivers, RTOS, middleware, OTA/FOTA, testing, CI/CD, release management, and technical leadership across global teams, customers, and partners. Candidates must have C-based embedded development experience and experience with MCU/SoC BSP, device drivers, RTOS, middleware, or communication stacks, along with requirements, architecture, debugging, communication, documentation, and release experience.
