TriNet is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and performant software solutions while providing technical leadership to development and design teams. The role involves complex problem solving, technical innovation, coding standards, executive technology advising, and mentoring, with responsibilities spanning enterprise web applications, cloud-native CI/CD, microservices, APIs, distributed systems, serverless infrastructure, and application security. The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, at least 12 years of hands-on object-oriented programming experience, and enterprise software architecture experience. It is a 100% office-based role.
